At Rooted we will work to reconnect you with who you are, we will build strong foundations for your relationships, grow to love your identity/culture/roots, we will re-root beliefs, regrow a sense of belonging, build confidence, courage, and rework the purpose and meaning in your life to align with you.

Many who live in big cities face anxiety, depression and other wellbeing concerns. Research shows how engaging with nature, whether that be through visits to parks, growing indoor plants or wandering in the forest, has a profound impact on our nervous system. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system our bodies become calmer and rebalanced. It also aids in promoting good digestion which plays a key role in our physical and psychological state.
