How much does counselling cost?

The consultation call is free and each session after that is £70.

How many sessions will I need?

Each person is unique and it’s hard to give a blanket answer. I do offer short term and open ended contracting. We will discuss this in our free consultation call and we will come to a decision that suits.

Will you tell anyone about our sessions?

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am bound to their code of ethics and conduct . This means only in certain circumstances (such as immediate risk to human life, a child’s safety or disclosure of acts of terrorism, 1989) would I seek to break confidentiality. This is known as my duty of care.

Otherwise everything you share will remain between you and me.

What if I change my mind during therapy?

My aim is to create an open and safe space to share all that is on your mind, including a desire to end therapy. Hopefully you feel comfortable enough to share this with me as this will give us the best opportunity give therapy an ending together.
